Exhibitors Please Note: All Site Applications will be received and considered against a selection criterion based on past performance, attraction or value for money. Please submit your application as soon as possible with FULL details, but please DO NOT send money until you receive confirmation that your application is successful, and a Tax Invoice has been issued by the Society.
Site Applications received after April the 22nd 2020 WILL NOT be accepted.
Watering of Sites: Please note if you are applying for an outside trade site where you wish to water the site for presentation purposes, we allow watering for a maximum period of 3 weeks leading up the show. Therefore from Friday the 10th of April, 2020 watering is allowed.
We ask that you water responsibly and do not leave hoses on overnight and that hoses are moved regularly throughout the day.
Stall set up – Trade Sites are able to begin set up on Thursday the 30th of April from 9.00am. A Thursday set up is recommended. Upon arriving at the grounds stall holders gate passes will be available for collection. Should you not collect your gate passes you will be requested to pay entry to the show.
Should you be setting up on the Friday morning all stalls are to be ready for display and cars, trailers etc need to be removed from the trade site area by 9.00am.
Collection of complimentary trade passes – Complimentary Trade Passes can be collected from the Secretaries office the week of the show and are the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect. Should you not collect these in advance you will be requested to pay gate entry and request a ticket from the gate attendees to be reimbursed.
The Secretaries office will open at 8.00am daily during the show.
Opening Times – Pavilions open at 10.00am and close at 6.00pm, should trade be strong after 6.00pm, you will be able to choose to continue to trade.
Banned Items List:
Please note that any items lists on the Queensland Ag Shows Banned Items List are strictly prohibited and applications relating to the sale of prohibited goods will not be considered.
